Pé de Cobra was born from the need to create a place where images can be thought through with time. A physical space to work, meet, and test ideas, without separating practice from reflection.
In the middle of Pelourinho — constantly crossed by the sounds and smells of a moving community — the building functions as an island: not isolated from its surroundings, but organized at a different pace, slower and more attentive to conversation, listening, and experimentation.
That rhythm has a reason: each year, one idea runs through everything.

Pé de Cobra is not an institution. It is a group of people organizing themselves to think and create together. The house at Rua do Bispo, 35 is where ideas find space to happen.
